Jeff Gregg has joined the FRS team as the Strategic Services Manager. The continued success of our clients is a motivating factor in our day-to-day operations. It is with great pride that we announce that Employment Background Investigations, Inc. (EBI) has been named to HRO Today magazine's ''Baker's Dozen of Top Screening Providers''. EBI has been using FRS since August of 1998. Their early and continual input have been very instrumental in the development of FRS as you know it today.

FRS Version 6.60 Delivers MyVerifications Feature

With the full release of FRS version 6.60, the development team at Imagination Technologies has stayed true in their commitment to the screening companies utilizing FRS to provide all of the tools necessary to operate more efficiently than their competition. One of the key operational enhancements made in this latest version of FRS is the MyVerifications feature.

The MyVerifications feature provides a powerful interface with the tools needed to allow FRS sites to assign and process verifications in an extremely efficient and streamlined manner. This powerful tool delivers an instant view of all outstanding employment, education, professional license and "other" verifications with features to assign these to researchers and quickly edit verifications by going directly to the verification editing screens. MyVerifications allows for users, verifiers, and managers to see an overview of all verifications that are incomplete and/or unassigned, with numerous features to enhance your ability to manage this aspect of your business.

FRS Version 6.60 brought many other robust capabilities to the FRS community. This includes the further enhancing of the auto-assignment features of the PASST report. The client level settings for the PASST report have been expanded to allow for a combination of the Maximum number of years and Maximum number of counties to search, along with the ability to assign Federal searches in the same way. One other feature that has been added in this release is the ability to email Invoices and Billing Lists directly to your clients rather than printing them out to be mailed.

FRS Version 6.50 Includes FRS DataLinx for Even More Instant Access

The release of FRS version 6.50 brings further enhancements to the powerful features of FRS and continues to build upon the XML connectivity of the system. The cornerstone enhancement of this release is the addition of the FRS DataLinX Module.

The FRS DataLinX module greatly expands the direct links to information sources within the FRS suite of background screening solutions and is provided through a joint effort with Government Management Services (FACIS), Insight America and National Background Data (NBD). FRS links directly via XML to the secure web services provided by these companies to quickly and efficiently process National Criminal Index, Multi-State Sex Offender and Healthcare Sanction searches.

Using the latest technologies, the FRS DataLinX module is seamlessly integrated into FRS to provide for ease-of-use, simplified setup, flexible utilization and totally hands-off, instantaneous access to this information through the powerful FRS Automation Server. This XML interface provides our clients with an immediate reduction in their labor requirements, as well as a tremendous improvement in the turnaround time for the delivery of these searches to their clients.

Version 6.50 also includes enhancements to the FRS PASST report, the Business Productivity Analysis, the FRS MVR X-Change, and the billing and financial reporting capabilities of the system. In addition, since the users of FRS have varying needs for management reports, FRS has now been equipped with the new "MyReports" option. This new option allows the FRS development team to quickly roll out custom management reports to meet the requirements of the FRS community and assist them in further tracking financial and operational performance.

FRS LinXml is Released

Utilizing the powerful technology available in the FRS.NeXT platform, Imagination Technologies has further enhanced the XML capabilities of FRS through a powerful integration tool, the FRS LinXML module (pronounced links • M • L). This powerful feature equips the FRS system for data interchange by providing XML capabilities for the exchange of background screening requests and results through the Internet.

The integration capabilities of LinXML provide the tools needed to accept and import orders from your clients that can cover all of the background screening search types that you provide. Once completed, a variety of FRS options are available to seamlessly deliver these results back to your clients.

The FRS LinXml module provides a complete, detailed XML Schema along with our highly secure Web Service through the LinXml.com gateway. The FRS LinXML "Web Service" is fully secured with 128-bit encryption and multiple levels of authentication for the secure, totally-automated transfer of background requests and results through the Internet.
