Announcing the release of the FRS Fax Server! Due to the problem of some third-party faxing application's inability to handle the volume and workload of the successful research and screening businesses of our FRS clients, we have developed our new fax server to handle these workloads reliably and without the need for daily user intervention to ensure a dependable hands-free faxing solution for everyday usage. The FRS Fax Server has been stress tested in high-volume environments and has passed all tests with flying colors.

The FRS Fax Server runs outside of the Flexible Research System (FRS) to provide the most flexibility, but is still tightly integrated with FRS to provide controlled, error-free operation. Like the main FRS software, the FRS Fax Server is full of features to ensure that it will be simple to use, will work well for our clients on a daily basis, and will remain dependable to enable the outgoing faxing side of your business to run consistently without much needed intervention.

The FRS Fax Server can be run on any workstation or server on your network. It is capable of supporting up to four fax-modems, and the modem configuration is automatically handled by the program.

The faxes sent/sending log is contained within FRS for monitoring the status of submitted faxes, re-submitting failed faxes, viewing and printing the actual fax pages, and printing lists of the fax history. Old faxes are automatically deleted by the fax server according to the aging value that you specify. You also have the option of specifying the number of "retries" for each fax which is handled automatically by the fax server.

The FRS Fax Server is bundled in with all new FRS systems. The installation is simple and it is installed from one CD-ROM disc.
