When the Flexible Research System (FRS) was originally
created in 1993, it began as a criminal and civil research
processing product. As our client base grew and expanded
to include many full employment screening clients, their
needs and ideas were implemented and this has allowed
the Flexible Research System to grow into a powerful,
robust office management package for the employment screening
industry. We have never forgotten those research companies
that specialize in criminal, civil, and other court research
and we have created a new FRS product with their specific
needs in mind. |

FRS Lite is a
"lighter", scalable version of the Flexible Research System that
has been designed to empower companies of all sizes and specialties with the
dynamic capabilities of the FRS product line. FRS Lite provides many features
for the streamlined processing of any criminal and civil background research as
well as other court-related searches such as federal, nationwide wants and warrants,
property searches, bankruptcies, etc. Motor Vehicle Checks can also be processed
with FRS Lite. The other full screening research profiles
within the system such as employment and education verifications are disabled, but
FRS Lite can be upgraded to include these as the needs of your business grow.
FRS Lite provides most of the automation features available in the full Flexible
Research System, including researcher and client management, order tracking,
complete billing/invoicing capabilities, a complete range of management reports,
and much, much more. The FRS Connect product is also included in FRS Lite to
provide direct communication to any company within the FRS "Research Network".
This can open up a wide range of information sources for your research business.
More importantly, it can provide the opportunity to expand your client base by
enabling you to market your research services through this "On-Line" interface
to the growing network of FRS clients.
FRS Lite will allow you to increase the productivity of your operations from day
one with the vast number of options in its feature set. As the needs of your
company change over time, other powerful features of the Flexible Research System
can be added to the FRS Lite product. These options include the FRS Fax Server,
FRS Remote,
the FRS Automation Server with Email delivery options, and even the
FRS Web Application or Vendor-Net products.
