July 12, 2004: FRS Version 6.30 delivers even more functionality to the system's wide array of tools and features

FRS Version 6.30 is packed with more than 120 new features and enhancements requested by the FRS community. The focus of this new release of the background check industry's most widely used technology solution was to provide even more functionality to the system's wide array of tools and features. After installing this new version, Rick Kurland of Employment Background Investigations stated that "This is the best release of FRS that we have seen in our six years of using the system".

One of the key additions made to the system was the further enhancing of the Customized Results Reports now being offered through the FRS Client Services. With the latest technologies implemented into FRS, we are able to provide each client with their own unique results report design to help them best meet the needs of their customers and further differentiate themselves from other background check companies. FRS also contains a wide variety of system settings for customizing the content, layout, reporting order, and special delivery options for results reports.

Additional enhancements available in FRS Version 6.30 include:
• Support for Customized Search List generation to meet any special requirements of vendors or clerks of court
• Support for Customized Verification Request Forms for delivery to employers, schools or licensing boards for performing these verifications
• A Flash Demo of the FRS Web Application to allow each FRS site to showcase their Internet service offerings to their potential clients
• 10 new client-level settings to further enable FRS sites to tailor their screening services to meet the individual needs of each of their clients
• Expanded Business Productivity Analysis reports to provide additional ways to analyze turnaround times and discrepancy tracking, as well as linking these to Microsoft Excel
• Six new MVR states made available by our business partner, Softech International

These are just a few of the many enhancements included in this release of the Flexible Research System.
