In Today's Highly Competitive Marketplace, How Can I Win More New Business?
If you’re like most background screening providers in the industry, you’re concerned about winning more new business. It goes without saying that signing new accounts and generating additional revenue is truly the lifeblood of any organization.
How can I stand out and truly distinguish myself from an increasingly congested field of competitors? What are some innovative ways that I can put my company on the radar screen of more HR professionals? Why am I not reaching my goals when it comes to increasing market share and what can I do about it? These are some of the questions everyone seems to be asking. Unfortunately sometimes, answers seem to be in short supply.
At FRS, we’ve been thinking a lot about this subject, too. It’s not about us – it’s really about YOU! How can we drive HR to your doorstep? What can we do to help you win more new business? How can we introduce you to HR professionals that are ready to make decisions to contract with employment screening providers? What can we do to help you succeed by being invited into more decision-making processes? In this blog and subsequent ones, I’ll be sharing some of the answers that we came up with and some of the ways that we’re trying to help promote our partner clients’ businesses to the HR community.
The culmination of these ideas resulted in the creation of the FRS Preferred Partner Program, which is designed to provide FRS Clients with qualified leads, new sales and lasting partnerships with HR organizations in need of best-in-class Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRA). Next week, in order to bring more HR business to the FRS Preferred Partners, members of our Sales and Marketing team will be attending the 2013 SHRM Annual Conference & Exposition in Chicago and heavily promoting this new website.
