The FRS Automation Server can be configured to automatically retrieve Social Trace
and Credit Reports as soon 
  as the requests are entered or imported into the system.
Reports

Three different styles of results reports are available in FRS to provide the ability to
develop your own look and 
  feel in the reports that you deliver to your clients.
All completed Results Reports can be automatically faxed directly to your clients with the
"One Touch" Results
 
  Distribution option.
The Proofing Module allows you to proof reports for correct spelling, proper pricing
and the appearance of the
 
  final results report. FRS can be configured to only deliver completed reports that have been proofed.
Customized Disclaimers and/or FCRA notices can be defined and printed with all results reports.
 
The Executive Summary report provides a concise, easy-to-read outline of the profile
results of each subject
 
  requested. This is a one-page report which summarizes all results into one single document.
Partial Results Reports can be generated and delivered to your clients.
 
Your Company Logo can be imported into the system for printing on all reports, search
lists, invoices, consumer
 
  letters, etc. - basically on all system reports that your clients or researchers see.
Daily Status Reports showing all of the
research in progress can be generated and sent directly to any of your
 
  clients in a "One Touch" fashion.  A "Daily Status" field is provided for each subject to allow you to enter notes
  to report to your clients regarding delays, additional information needed, etc., and this daily status note will
  appear for each subject on this report.  For each subject where no daily status is filled in, the system will generate
  an up-to-date status of the research progress for the subject.
Consumer Letters can be generated from the system for delivery to an applicant upon request when adverse
 
  action is taken based on your background investigation. The consumer letter is pre-written with full FCRA
  compliance, and can be enhanced by you as needed.

Streamlined processing is provided for quickly closing out criminal and civil background investigations.
 
Lookup Tables significantly reduce typing and are provided for automatic lookup of the following:
   » County Table - more than 43,000 zip codes, cities, counties and all U.S. Federal Districts
   » College Lookup - more than 8100 colleges, universities, technical and trade schools.
   » Employer Table - provides easy look-up of employer names, contacts, locations and phone
numbers. This
      information can be applied directly into the employment verification section while performing the research.
      This table is created automatically as new employers are entered into the system.

The "Associated Counties" option within the County Lookup Table allows for the creation and automated
 
  assignment of Metro Searches.
The standard Request Order for a client can be defined and posted as the default for each subject keyed for 
  that client.  A default order can also be maintained and posted for each Billing Code assigned within the system.
Special Research Instructions can be keyed for any request and will carry over to the research lists.
 
Special Instructions and notes can be maintained for each client. These notes can be viewed when adding
 
  subjects or delivering results.  They can also be set to automatically post into a subject's "Special Research
  Instructions" field when assigned to a specific client.
Special Instructions can be maintained for each State/County and will display on the screen when specific
 
  counties are assigned for research. These instructions can be automatically posted into the subject's "Special
  Research Instructions" field when the particular state/county is ordered.
An option is available to automatically assign any client's "Account Manager" to new research requests.
 
For Employment Verifications, you may define "Special Employment Questions" with standard responses for
 
  each which can be selected and used as a script during the interview with the employer.
Keystroke Macros can be used throughout the system to reduce the amount of repetitive data that has to be
 
  keyed.
With FRS Connect, you can utilize members of the FRS Research Network across the country (optional) to
 
  transmit search requests and results back and forth via modem and drastically reduce the data-entry burden
  for you and your staff.
Billing Features
Very flexible billing features allow you to bill and invoice each of your clients uniquely as needed.
 
The flexible billing features of FRS allow you to invoice clients daily, weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, etc. as
 
  needed. Any particular client can be invoiced as differently as you need.
Any subject can be charged Item (a-la-carte) or Package Pricing.
 
Set customized prices for each of your clients or charge them according to the default price list, all of which is
 
  maintained within the system.
All system invoices can be retained for re-printing later if needed.
 
Court Fees can be assigned to any county and automatically applied to the research charges for each subject as 
  "Additional Costs" which will be itemized on the invoices and billing detail lists generated through the system.
The FRS Billing feature provides the ability to create an invoice export file that can be imported into
 
  QuickBooks.  All of the invoices and billing details can also be exported to a number of ASCII, spreadsheet or
  database file formats for use with other accounting packages.
A complete Receivables Tracking system assists you in the follow-up and collection of all system invoices and
 
  includes flexible Past Due Reports which you can generate as needed.
Financial reports such as the Financial Activity Report, the Invoice History Summary, the Sales Commission 
  Report, and the Research Assignment Report allow you to track gross sales, pay commissions to your sales staff
  (if applicable), and reconcile your researcher's invoices.
System Security
The FRS System Security requires a password for each user of the system and these passwords are encrypted
 
  for your protection.
The System Security allows you to restrict access to sensitive parts of the system from those employees who
 
  should not be privileged to such information, such as billing, pricing, the editing of client information, and the
  deletion of subject requests.
FRS Connect and FRS Remote require four levels of encrypted passwords to prevent unwanted parties from
 
  dialing into your system.
The FRS Web Application and FRS Vendor-Net products utilize all of the latest security techniques and
 
  methods available for Internet security to protect the sensitive information at your web site.
Other Special Features
Duplication Identification techniques are built into the system to identify if a duplicate subject is entered to
 
  prevent double entry and identify if a subject has recently been researched. You can even retrieve any prior
  criminal or civil history for a duplicate subject and pull it forward to the new search request.
The Intelli-Trace feature will intelligently read through a subject's social trace report and extract information
 
  for the subject's AKAs, previous addresses, and their most recent employers. This information can then be
  applied directly into the subject's research request order without additional keying.
Subjects can be located by name, SSN, DOB, date requested, the requesting client, a subject's reference
 
  number, an AKA, an employer, an education institution, or a subject's drivers license number.
The FRS Remote Software can be "Branded" to present it as your company's on-line software with your
 
  company's name as well as customized login screen with your company's colors and logo.
A Holiday Table for court closings is maintained and used in calculating the most accurate turn-around times.
 
FRS maintains a complete Audit Trail for the tracking of all additions, changes, deletions, and printing for each
 
  subject in the system. This audit tracking can prove invaluable in researching problems associated with the
  processing of a subject's research and for tracing the source of any erroneous information which has been
  keyed in.
The FRS Web Application provides secure client pages for the requesting and reviewing of background reports,
 
  as well as the latest status of any work in progress. All processes associated with these pages are integrated in
  the FRS back-end application. All reports delivered to the web site are in PDF format and can be viewed and
  printed by your clients using the Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded for Free through a link right
  on your site.
The FRS Fax Server provides an efficient faxing solution directly from your workstations. Faxes can be  
  prioritized and also set for a specific time of transmission. A log of all faxes is maintained with an up-to-date
  status of each.
