In 1993, Phil Chapman was contracted to develop a solution for a local background screening firm that had grown beyond it's ability to manage day-to-day operations with their current staff level. While working closely with the company's owner, Phil created the initial version of FRS. Through word-of-mouth, the FRS solution was introduced to many other up-and-coming background screening firms across the country and many other companies began to use the system.
In 1999, Phil made a leap of faith and took Imagination Technologies and it's flagship product, the Flexible Research System (FRS), on as a full time endeavor and an industry standard was born. By leveraging past relationships with friends, family and associates, the FRS team came together and has evolved into an incredible asset to both Phil and the many background screening companies utilizing FRS.
A commitment to excellence through providing Value, Service, and creating an environment of Trust was instilled into the company and the results of this are seen today in the sustainable technology of FRS.
