FRS Team Setting New Benchmark in Customer Service with Key Staff Addition

Imagination Technologies, providers of the FRS suite of technology solutions for background screening companies, is pleased to announce the addition of Sam McLamb as Manager of the Technical Support and Customer Service team.

McLamb brings a rich, 25-year background in designing and building successful Technical Support organizations in the software support industry. Sam comes to FRS from an organization that implemented software deployments and advanced support for Fujitsu, AT&T, Verizon, Cingular and others domestically and around the world. Additionally, he has built disaster recovery programs for some of the most mission critical networks in the country for US Government entities. He thrives on customer satisfaction by building strong processes and even stronger relationships with his customer base. He has led large software deployment and support organizations in the USA, Europe and the Far East and understands diverse requirements and cultures. McLamb will use his refined skill sets in conjunction with the excellent FRS Technical Support staff already in place to bring “Best in Class” Technical Support to the FRS customer base!
