FRS Appoints Vice President of Business Operations and Senior Director of Sales and Announces Two New Appointments

FRS, whose commitment is to build and maintain a strong and dynamic team, announced the promotions of two key directors and announced two new appointments to the sales and marketing team.

Sam McLamb, Vice President of Business Operations
We are pleased to announce that Sam McLamb has agreed to head-up the FRS Sales and Marketing team along with his current responsibility for Customer Support. As Vice President of Business Operations, Sam will manage the entire Customer facing aspects of our business to further build upon our world-class customer service efforts. We are very fortunate to have Sam's leadership as we expand his scope to drive the growth of FRS. Sam has demonstrated strong leadership in creating and implementing business strategies to further the growth of FRS through hosted services and customizations. He has been with FRS for four years and has continued to receive increased responsibilities over this period.

Rob Stewart, Senior Director of Regional Sales
After 13 years with the FRS team, Rob Stewart will be assuming the role of Senior Director of Sales for the company. In this new role, Rob will use his vast expertise in the background check industry and business knowledge to work with all prospective clients to better evaluate their processes and challenges to determine the "best fit" delivered by the FRS suite of technology products. Rob will also provide budget analysis to these organizations to determine which pricing configuration offered by FRS best fits their organization.

Elaine Golden, Director of Regional Sales
In August 2011, Elaine Golden joined FRS as Director of Regional Sales. With an MBA in Marketing, Elaine is a top-performing, award-winning, seasoned sales professional. Elaine has over 20 years of business-to-business sales and management experience with several Fortune 500 companies. She is excited to be a part of the FRS team and sees great things ahead for the company in 2012 and beyond.

Terri Crites, Marketing and Communications Manager
In January, 2012, Terri Crites joined the FRS team as the Marketing and Communications Manager. Terri has over ten years of experience in marketing where she has helped businesses launch, re-brand, and flourish. Prior to starting her venture at FRS, she worked in the Educational Software, Corporate Training, and Marketing Research arenas. She brings knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for getting a job done well.
